The former Crane Fruehauf Site was acquired in 2007. Citygate demolished the main part of the factory and constructed a new 10,000 sq ft head office for Victory Housing Trust. Davenports Magic Kingdom also occupy a 15,000sqft purpose built unit. The remainder of the site is available for development.
